Re: side effects of llysine tablets

Most people get enough lysine in their diet, although athletes, vegans who don't eat beans, and burn patients may need more. Side effects have not been reported with the use of lysine, although L Lysine can increase cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the blood. High doses of Lysine can cause nausea, Stomach cramps and diarrhoea.

Re: side effects of llysine tablets

lysine using aid to fight against the herpes virus effectively blocks the arginine in the body and prevent the herpes virus to reproduce and spread. Lysine is an essential amino acid that is derived from the food we eat. It is a building block of proteins that contribute to the healthy growth of the body.
